For example, if you need mortgage advice, we can arrange an introduction to an independent financial advisor whom we have known and trusted for many years.

We also help with the moving-in process as we provide instructions (personal and written) on operating appliances and the systems within the home and, after you have moved in, we will provide you with a customer care contact number as well as an emergency telephone number in the unlikely event of a problem.
