Consumer Code

As of the 1st April 2010, all our customers have added protection under the Consumer Code for Home Builders 2010.

The Code sets mandatory requirements that all home builders must meet in their marketing and selling of homes and their after-sales customer service and has been created to ensure that home buyers are:

• treated fairly
• know what service levels to expect
• are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions
• know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.

Customers will receive a copy of the Consumer Code when reserving their new home or can download a copy here.
