Our commitment to you continues after you've moved into your new home. For a period of two years after legal completion, Antler Homes will attend to any defect that may arise. For all non emergencies our in house Customer Services team will be happy to help.
As well as your Antler Homes warranty, NHBC or Premier provide a 10 year warranty for covering defects in materials or workmanship in your home. We know that there are times when things go wrong and need to be attended to quickly. Antler Homes have arranged emergency assistance cover available 24 hours a day for the first two years of ownership. Emergencies might include: the breakdown of your central heating or hot water system, water leak that cannot be controlled, flooding from blocked drains or electrical failure.

What is not covered
Antler Homes will not attend to any additional works carried out on your home after you've moved in, not carried out by us.
Houses purchased in the Channel Islands from Antler Homes will not be covered by the above NHBC or Premier warranty and emergency procedures will be in accordance with the purchase agreement and Home Owner’s Manual.
