Antler Homes welcomes new team members

We are very pleased to welcome new team members, Charlotte Ashton (Land Buyer), Jaime Miller-Hudson (Construction Manager), Mark Cripps (Senior Surveyor), and Chris Barnes (Assistant Site Manager) to our team here at Antler Homes.

Charlotte joined our Land team in March 2021 as a Land Buyer. Charlotte has always had a passion and appreciation for the built environment and development, which led her on the path into the housebuilding industry. Charlotte is originally from Worcestershire and moved down to Berkshire five years ago to study at Reading University. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in French & Italian and a master’s degree in Real Estate, she then spent two and a half years in the land team at Millgate Homes based in Twyford, Reading. Charlotte is delighted to have joined the team at Antler homes and is looking forward to securing sites for the business.

Jamie started with Antler Homes in March 2021 and has over 25 years’ experience in construction industry.  Prior to this he served in the armed forces. Jamie has progressed through the industry from a bricklaying background, before moving into site management during his time working for Taylor Wimpey. He has developed his education and managerial skills by earning an NVQ level 6 diploma and being responsible for managing multiple projects that are delivered at the same time.

 
Jamie heads up our Construction team, overseeing our developments and managing the Health and Safety aspects of our build, working closely with all other departmental teams.

Mark joined our Commercial team in January 2021 as a Senior Surveyor, helping to ensure that all works are procured and delivered on time and within budget. A large part of his role includes offering cost and value support to the other departments from inception to completion of our projects.
 

Mark and has over 20 years’ experience working as a Surveyor. He commenced his career with Wates Construction as a Commercial Trainee. He has since worked on a wide variety of construction, civils and residential projects for both national and regional developers; on projects ranging in value from £500,000 to £140 million

Chris joined us in February 2021 as an Assistant Site Manager at our Graylings development located in West End, Surrey.  Prior to this, Chris worked at McCarthy and Stone for three years in a similar role where he gained exposure to a range of projects and a variety of construction methods.  We are looking forward to Chris taking a key role in the delivery of the Graylings development and progressing further with us at Antler Homes.
