What is Help-to-buy?

Help-to-buy equity loan is a government scheme that means you could move home with a deposit as low as 5%. Whether you're taking your first step onto the property ladder or moving up a rung, this is a great way to help you move to a new home at Mulberry Place.

  • You’ll only need a low deposit - just 5% of the purchase price.
  • Take a conventional 75% mortgage - so 100% homeownership for 80% of the price.
  • The remainder is funded by a 20% equity loan provided by the government.
  • No interest on the loan amount for the first five years.
  • Only available on a brand new home - with all the benefits that go with buying a new home

Help to Buy is available on a limited number of 3 bedroom homes with prices from £473,950.
