Antler offer exciting new homes designed for flexible modern living
1st June 2016
An anticipated collection of exclusive four-bedroom townhouses in sought after Weybridge have now been released to the market.
Luxury housebuilder Antler Homes is building Chamberlain Place on Queens Road, an impressive display of four spacious townhouses benefitting from off-road parking, integrated garages and flexible accommodation set over three floors.
Designed to fit seamlessly with their surroundings, the traditional architecture and elevations are in keeping with other dwellings in the area, yet establish themselves as important new additions.
Mixing tradition with modern living, homes at Chamberlain Place boast impressive kitchen/family rooms with separate utility and island, ideal for entertaining. The dedicated dining room to the front of the property and first-floor drawing room with double French doors opening onto the terrace provide ample space for more formal hosting.
The four double bedrooms are generous in size, with the two situated on the second floor both benefitting from their own en-suite facilities and separate dressing rooms.
Proud of the new luxury townhouses designed for this popular area of Surrey, Sales Director for Antler Homes, Denise Stewart, said: “We handpick our locations and design each collection of homes individually at Antler, and Chamberlain Place is the perfect celebration of this.
“The quality of finish is to a high-specification as always, but the flexible living arrangements and space we’ve secured for each of the four townhouses in this leafy London commuter belt location are the real successes.
“Through clever design and innovations, we’ve created a home that evolves with your family. The front room for example could be used as a playroom, snug, den, music room, formal dining room or home office. The first floor lends itself perfectly to comfortably hosting guests, and the integrated parking and driveway are rarities so close to London.
“Chamberlain Place is more than four exclusive townhouses in a desirable location, it represents a lifestyle.”
Antler Homes started work on the new townhouses last year after planning permission was granted by Elmbridge Borough Council. As part of the planning agreement for the site, the local community will receive a £300,000 investment. Almost £250,000 will go towards affordable housing in the area, and a further £78,000 will go towards community infrastructure.
Denise continued: “We’re delighted to be building in Weybridge again after completing our last selection of homes here several years ago. Weybridge really is a wonderful location offering the best of both worlds for our buyers thanks to its close proximity to London.
“Weybridge train station on the South West rail line is just a short walk from Chamberlain Place and provides a direct train to central London Waterloo. Its shortest direct train takes just 29 minutes, so it’s easy to see why Weybridge is so highly desirable.”
