Andrew Rinaldi

Managing Director

Andrew was the natural choice for Managing Director, with the company benefiting from his depth of experience in housebuilding. Andrew spent an extended period as Director of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions for Taylor Wimpey plc. During this time, he led the £595 million sale of the Taylor Wimpey North American business to a private equity consortium, while completing multiple strategic reviews across the entire UK business and several other significant acquisition transactions. With this experience, Andrew successfully co-led the acquisition of Antler Homes and has been Managing Director since 2018. One of Andrew’s main focuses is on developing the entire Antler team, sharing his experiences in operations, land and planning, technical and construction. Away from the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with family, as well as playing and watching a range of sports.

Jack Bayliss

Finance Director

Jack Bayliss honed his skills as a finance expert at some of housebuilding’s biggest companies. Strategic, commercial and financial management roles at Land Securities, Berkeley St Edwards and The Instant Group caught our eye and Jack joined the Antler Homes team in 2019, with an appointment to Finance Director in 2021. Today, Jack uses his diverse career in the residential and commercial property sector to help grow Antler Homes, whilst achieving high levels of operational performance.

Stewart Bradford

Stewart Bradford is one of the most experienced land and planning specialists in the South East, with more than 30 years of experience in the field. Previously at Shanly Homes and Howarth Homes, Stewart now heads up Antler Homes’ Land, Planning and Partnerships department. Day to day, he uses his bank of knowledge to guide the team as they maximise the value of land for both companies and landowners. All negotiations are underpinned by Stewart’s belief that transactions can be undertaken with high levels of discretion and sensitivity.

Emma Chamberlain is another member of the Antler Homes team who has specialised in the new homes sector for more than 20 years. Emma’s sales and marketing career has taken her to Knight Frank, Berkeley Homes and Thakeham Group, where she gained valuable experience and insights in residential property sales. Thanks to Emma, all our marketing is relevant, targeted and delivers a strong return on investment. Alongside this, Emma strongly believes good housebuilding also involves providing high levels of customer care and improving the customer experience throughout the sales process.

Stewart Harris

Construction Director

Stewart Harris is one of our most technically proficient members of staff, with a career history in construction and residential housebuilding exceeding 25 years. Since obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Building Engineering and Management, Stewart has become one of the most sought-after Operational Construction Directors in our industry. Previous tenures at Millgate Homes, Berkeley Homes and Rectory Homes provided the perfect platform on which to build. Since joining Antler Homes in December 2023, Stewart has ensured all aspects of our production and output is first class, taking even complex technical schemes in his stride.

Neill Williams

Commercial Director

Neill Williams possesses a CV that detailed more than 20 years’ experience in residential construction, making him an good fit for Antler Homes. His career grounding comes in the form of a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, after which he took operational, technical and commercial management roles at various housebuilders. These included Millgate Homes, Shanly Homes and Berkeley Homes. Neill joined Antler Homes as Commercial Director in 2021.

Rob Taylor is passionate about bringing residential schemes to life, honing his skills over the last 20 years. Time spent at Berkeley Homes, Redrow and Spitfire Bespoke Homes have given Rob an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the full development cycle. His complementary experience in private practice has led to a clear understanding about delivering excellence through good design, with a focus on the planning, design and technical elements. As a result of Rob’s management, Antler Homes is able to create high quality, well-designed developments that are appreciated by purchasers.

Tanya Williams

Head of Customer Care

With the process of buying a new home unlike other property purchases, it was vital for Antler Homes to have a well-versed Head of Customer Care in place. Step forward Tanya Williams. Tanya has over 20 years of experience in the housebuilding industry, working in customer relations at a senior level for companies including Berkeley Homes, Taylor Wimpey West and Kirkby Homes. Tanya quickly displayed her frontline professionalism when she joined Antler Homes in October 2019, and was promoted to Head of Customer Care in June 2021.

Dane Houlahan

Non-Executive Director

Dane Houlahan has impeccable knowledge about Antler Homes, gleaned from when he co-led the acquisition of the company by an investor group headed by Literacy Capital. Today, Dane has a valuable influence at Antler Homes as a Non-Executive Director, drawing from his vast business experience. As well as holding qualified lawyer status, Dane is a former senior KPMG Corporate Finance Partner and has spent his career advising mid-market companies, many within the housebuilding and wider real estate sector. Dane holds a number of board positions and remains active in the M&A and real estate fundraising market.
