Our commitment to you continues after you've moved into your new home. For a period of two years after legal completion, Antler Homes are responsible for any defect that may arise in line with the your warranty provider
As part of your 10 year warranty, the first two years are covered by Antler homes. Antler Homes will replace/repair defects or damage caused by workmanship or materials in line with the relevant warranty provider.
Following the initial two year period, defects will then need to be reported to your Warranty provider (example: Premier Guarantee).
There are some defects that will not be covered under the warranty, please refer to your warranty documentation that would have been provided upon completion of your home. For more information visit NHBC or Premier Guarantee.
We know that there are times when things go wrong and need to be attended to quickly. Antler Homes have arranged emergency assistance cover available 24 hours a day for the first two years of ownership. Emergencies might include: the breakdown of your central heating or hot water system, flooding from blocked drains or electrical failure.
