Our commitment to you continues after you have moved into your new home. Your new home comes with a ten- year structural warranty provided by your warranty provide (currently Premier Guarantee).
As part of this ten-year warranty, and for the first two years from legal completion, any defect should be reported directly to Antler Homes. Antler Homes will replace, or repair, defects or damage caused by workmanship or materials in line with guidelines provided by your warranty provider.
For the remainder of your warranty (years three to ten), defects will then need to be reported directly to your warranty provider.
There are some defects that will not be covered under the warranty, guidance on these are outlined in your warranty documentation which is provided as part of the completion pack you will receive when you complete the purchase of your home.

We know that there are times when things go wrong and need to be attended to quickly. Antler Homes have arranged emergency assistance cover available 24 hours a day for the first two years of ownership. Emergencies might include: the breakdown of your central heating or hot water system, water leaks from blocked drains or electrical failure.
