Building on our heritage. Strengthening our future.

We are delighted to welcome Kenny Duncan as our new CEO, as we strengthen our land position and look ahead to an exciting period of growth.

There is a lot to be proud of at Antler Homes. Since 2018, we have built a reputation for thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes in carefully chosen locations. Homes with timeless character, created for modern living and finished with real attention to detail.

Now we are ready to build on that, with Kenny Duncan joining us as CEO to help lead the way.

Bringing strategic land expertise

Kenny joins us after almost 16 years at Crest Nicholson, most recently as Managing Director of Strategic Land and a member of its Executive Committee, bringing a strong background in strategic land and a wealth of industry experience.

Land is where every great development begins. Finding the right sites, in the right places is what allows us to keep creating the kind of homes we are known for. Kenny’s experience will help us strengthen our land position, build our future pipeline and make the most of the opportunities in today’s market.

Put simply, it means more land, more developments and more of the homes we are proud to put our name to.

A carefully planned transition

Andrew Rinaldi has been instrumental in our success since the acquisition in 2018, building the business, the team and the reputation we enjoy today.

Andrew will continue to lead day to day alongside Kenny over the transition period, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity across our projects, our people and our partnerships. He will then move into a Non-Executive Director role, staying closely involved at a strategic level and remaining an investor in the business.

Andrew said: “Antler Homes has a fantastic heritage and a strong identity as a design-led developer. Since 2018, we have worked hard to build on those foundations and grow the business, and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.

“Kenny brings exactly the kind of land experience and perspective that will be important for our future. I am looking forward to working closely with him over the coming months, and to staying involved as a Non-Executive Director and investor, supporting Kenny and the team as we continue to grow.”

Kenny said: “I am delighted to be joining Antler Homes as CEO at such an exciting time. With a strong heritage and an excellent reputation, there is a fantastic opportunity to grow from here. I look forward to working with the team and our partners to deliver outstanding new communities and continue to build a business we can all be proud of.”

What this means for our partners

Our relationships with landowners, agents, sub-contractors, suppliers and other partners have been central to our success, and that will not change. Our existing projects and commitments remain our priority, and the way we do business stays the same.

If you are a landowner or agent with a site you think could be a great fit for us, Kenny would love to hear from you via Land@antlerhomes.co.uk.

What this means for our homebuyers

For anyone buying an Antler home, or thinking about it, the things you love about our homes are not changing. The same considered design. The same quality inside and out. The same care throughout your buying journey.

And with a growing pipeline, there will be more opportunities to find your perfect Antler home in the years ahead.

A strengthened team

Kenny’s appointment follows the recent arrival of Emma Plumridge as Sales and Marketing Director. Emma brings valuable experience in development, sales and marketing and the customer journey. Two great additions to our team as we grow.

We are proud of what we have achieved at Antler Homes, and even more excited about what is ahead.
